Lunch: a piece of brown toast with 2 hard-boiled egg and salad.
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with a salad and a glass of lemon juice.
Sixth day
Lunch: Grilled Steak slice (meat, fish or chicken) with vegetable salad.
Dinner: a salad with a piece of fruit.
Seventh day
Lunch: a piece of brown toast with grilled fish and salad.
Dinner: 2 hard-boiled egg with boiled zucchini.
Repeat this diet for another week, but it is preferable to consult a doctor before starting any kind of diets.
