First, try to tend all the times on the chips of vegetables and fruit, Keep them as your best friend. chips of carrots and apples to whole grains … these foods are full of fiber, which encourages your body to digest effectively, and as a result, you are going to burn more calories, as they requires more chewing time and you need this extra time to feel full.


Dance everywhere and every time, in concert with friends or alone in the room on a high tempo music. Hours of rapid dance urges your body to burn between 400 and 500 calories. the same result as went to the gym, but with an extra dose of entertainment.


Before going to bed , Don’t eat nothing but water or green tea. Of course we like eating fatty foods while you watch TV, but that usually cause abdominal swelling and water retention in the body. If you feel hungry before bedtime, it means you’re taking dinner in the early hours. From today, try to eat a snack between meals at four in the afternoon, and then another snack at six o’clock, then sufficient dinner at eighth time. In this way , you are going to make sure not feel hungry before bedtime.
