Dinner: a cup of yogurt.

Breakfast: a small dish of oats + three blueberry
Lunch: 40 grams of tomato soup and two pieces of toast.
Dinner: Grilled Salmon steak + green salad dish + 3 tablespoons brown rice.

Snack: 2 kiwi
