65 grams chicken breast or turkey low-fat.
Effective diet plan
Snack:
Half of a pear or green apple .
4 unsalted hazelnut.
Dinner:
Fruit piece+ yogurt
Or orange or grapefruit juice + dish salad.
Or hard boiled egg + salad, cucumber salad or yogurt dish.
