Lunch: fried carrots with vegetable oil, tomato, tangerine or orange.
Dinner: two eggs, a piece of red meat free of fat and lettuce.

Sixth day:
Breakfast: a cup of coffee and a piece of fruit.
Lunch: a boiled chicken and lettuce.
Dinner: a piece of boiled fat-free meat .
Seventh day:
Breakfast: a cup of tea.
Lunch: fruit, a piece of boiled fat-free meat.
