– Choose an old cloth and soak for a day in rose water mixed with a perfume that you prefer. In this context, it is advisable selection of fragrance that calms the nerves, as Lavender oil , for example.
– Leave the  old cloth to dry completely.
– And then, put it under the bed cover to enjoy smart smell while sleeping.
