Research found that women who eat five or more servings of yogurt a week were less likely to have high blood pressure. The study suggests that the risk of high blood pressure has fallen by a fifth, compared to people who ate one serving of yogurt per month.

The researchers said the most influence were in women, because men eat yogurt to a lesser extent, has emerged as the point of eating five times greater in people who also increased their intake of fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes weekly, as witnessed a decline of 31 per cent of the risk of high blood pressure .


Adding yogurt to a healthy diet seems to help reducing the risk of blood pressure in the long term for women.  this study is the largest to date to evaluate the yogurt effects of specific blood pressure, as this study shows that daily consumption of dairy products, especially milk reduces the risk of developing high blood pressure, It is a major health risk factor.

But there was no explanation as to how to reduce the milk for blood pressure, but it’s unlikely that the bacteria in it may play a role in helping to lower cholesterol, which constricts blood vessels, which leads to high blood pressure. It may also help control blood sugar levels.
