The ingredients:
For the preparation of the bottom layer:
½ cup or 100 g of melted butter
2 cups and a half, or 250 grams of crumbled biscuits(any kind you like or prefer).
To prepare the filling:
Cup or 250 g of sour cream
397 grams of condensed milk
½ cup or 125 ml of fresh orange juice
Two eggs
Teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the Upper layer:
A cup of canned blueberries
2 Tablespoons of water

METHODS:
Blend the crumbled biscuits and butter. And press on at the bottom.
In an electric mixer bowl, mix sour cream, condensed milk, orange juice, eggs and vanilla extract; until the mixture is smooth.
Gently pour over the biscuit layer.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack item.
Place the Berries in a saucepan with water, and simmer; until it becomes a little bit warm.
Distribute raspberry syrup and pieces of the berries on the filling, cover and cool.
Then you can take it out. Cut and serve.
