6 Things need to be avoided before bedtime
Many people think that the proper sleep means going to bed at an early time, but, it’s really a big issue, since it need some preparations and steps, as there are 6 wrong behaviors performed by many a few hours of sleep time, they cause insomnia and the inability to go to bed quickly, which requires these tips to avoid them;

First: Do not put any phone or any digital device near your bed. Studies confirm that the blue and white light getting out of theses digital screens preventing brain of the secretion of the melatonin hormone, which allows your body to identify the correct time for sleep.

Second: Do not take sleeping pills, if you are not suffering already from insomnia, and after give advice of a doctor. as these pills have side effects related to muscle weakness and memory, the abuse could turn into an addiction, which is really hard to get rid of it later.
Third: Do not drink alcohol before going to sleep, because even if they can make you feel a little sleepy, they will make you wake up in the middle of sleep.

Fourth: Do not make yourself busy while you’re in bed with what should be done in your office, As bed is not a place to work. Experts have advised that the bedroom is only for sleeping only.
Fifth: Stay away from caffeine after 5 o’clock evening. One study has found that taking 400 mg of caffeine six hours before sleep makes your sleep disturbed. as those also who are taking caffeine a few hours of going to bed , haven’t enough hours of sleep.
Sixth: Don’t exercise before bedtime. Several studies have shown that high body temperature acquired by the person of exercising hinder the body for sleep. Experts recommend with gentle exercise such as yoga that helps to relax.
