Creamy Pasta with Mushroom recipe

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons sweet red peppers (Paprika)
1 large onion minced
2 Tablespoons of butter or vegetable oil
350 grams of minced mushroom
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons sweet red peppers (Paprika)
4 Tablespoons fresh minced dill or 2 Tablespoons dry dill
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
An extra sour whipped cream for garnish
4 Tablespoons of flour
1 cup milk (or soy milk or full-fat milk)
500g egg pasta or any kind of boiled spaghetti
Salt and Pepper
2 cups beef broth (or vegetable broth)
Creamy Pasta with Mushroom recipe
How to prepare
In a small Pan, melt 2 Tablespoons of butter and place the chopped onion until it gets brown color, then add the chopped garlic, still stirring for a minute. Then add the chopped mushrooms, stir for 5 minutes until the mushrooms come down its water.
In other pan, melt 3 Tablespoons of butter, then add the flour, stir for several minutes until flour becomes brown in color.
Then add the milk and meat or vegetable broth, soy sauce and stir until the sauce becomes thick, low the temperature and leave for about 15 minutes. After that it becomes a thick sauce, add fresh dill, paprika, salt and black pepper and stir.
Then add the onion and mushroom mixture to sauce and stir until the sauce becomes thick. Add sour cream, leave for 2 minutes over low heat , add salt and black pepper to taste. Put the boiled pasta in a serving dish and above it mushroom sauce, you can garnish it with dill and sour cream.
