Nutrition experts advise pregnant woman to eat three main meals, with two meals or three healthy snacks during pregnancy throughout the day, these light snacks works on providing the body of pregnant woman and her fetus with energy and nutrient , and make your blood sugar level regularly , thus you do not feel hungry during the day.

1. Fruit
Make fresh fruit during pregnancy as a healthy snack is part of your daily diet .Select your favorite fruit such as apples, bananas, oranges, pears, watermelon and guava.

2. Nuts and dried fruits
You can eat nuts and dried fruit during the day, but your meal does not exceed 100 calories for this meal containing fat and high calorie . If you want , you can mix nuts and dried fruit with oatmeal and milk or yogurt to get a healthy and tasty meal.

3. Vegetable
Eat fresh vegetables or salad , you can add some spice , a light sauce or cheese to give the meal a great taste. Prepare salad of your favorite vegetables you like as tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, green peppers, cabbage, broccoli, sweet corn and cucumber.

carrots contain fiber and vitamin A, which helps regulate the immune system and prepares the surface linings of the eyes, lungs, urinary bladder, intestines and mucous membranes.

6. Hard-boiled eggs
One egg contains more than 12 types of vitamins and minerals and a lot of useful proteins for the growth of your pregnancy and your baby, and also the egg is rich in choline, which enhances fetal growth and maintains the health of the child’s brain and nerves.

7. Whole grains
Whole grains such as full wheat, oats and soy, barley, corn, linseed and popcorn are of important foods in pregnancy, because they contain fiber, vitamin E and selenium. Eating half a cup a day of whole grains such as popcorn is a healthy snack.
